1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using WiseTools's applications and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
WiseTools provides a suite of privacy-focused applications, including but not limited to EncryptIt, SecurePass, and WiseTools Cloud. These services are provided "as is" and are subject to continuous improvement.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your own master keys, passwords, and recovery phrases. WiseTools is a zero-knowledge service; we cannot recover your data if you lose your access credentials.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use our services for any illegal purposes or to interfere with the proper functioning of the ecosystem. Any abuse of our infrastructure may lead to termination of access.
5. Limitation of Liability
WiseTools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Your data is your responsibility.
